Its Been Awhile Since I Posted – Understand Business/People

Well lets talk about doing free work as partnerships concerned.  When you go into an business adventure with verbal agreements they are basically invalid.  Always get signed agreements before you do anything.  People can play nice all they want in the beginning with smiles and laughter.  It comes down to this period – business is business.

A lot of people will screw you over when it all comes down to it.

Doesn’t mean you would do it but others will.  So, basically watch what you do and back up you.  It doesn’t mean you are a bad person.  It shows the other persons that you are serious and you can quickly find out if they are full of shit or not.

When dealing with people you need to remember they have a set plan and if it doesn’t go their way you need to watch out.

Sometime the best thing is to do it on your own then you wont have these issues.  If you need to work with others keep this in mind also.  Its not suppose to be like this but people will and do bring their personal to the work place EVEN ONLINE.

Webmaster Trick – Multi Sites

This is something to watch out for.  I was doing some research on webmasters that have a need to push people into their poor designs.  This is what they do.

They build simple web design company sites with the same templates and make several web companies with different domain names.
Example: 19panel.com, jjohnswebs.com  etc…

These are not true websites or at least I haven’t looked just for example.  They create several sites for web design that are simple enough to duplicate more of them with different domain names.

Watch out!!!!  This is a weak way to get people to buy your product (web design).  More than likely, they are thetypes that will half ass your web design because they are lacking the skills to make solid sites.

Do your research!  And go crying to the next webmaster that you have been had because you lacked the brain power to check on things before spending your money.

At oMATIC-Minds.com we only have one web design company site and will stay that way.  Instead of making a crap load of web design company sites duplicating – its a form of dishonesty that whoever buys from those type of people will be disappoint in quality of work.

This is to help people to take their time and learn what to look for online.  Not what you think to look for.  What is smart to look for.
